Ang tagal ko na naman bago nakapag update dito, since we came back kasi hindi na ako gumaling. Finally, last Wednesday I went to my doctor for the results of my yearly check up tapos nagpatingin na rin ako. She prescribed me antibiotics na at nose spray for my sinusitis. BTW, ok lahat ang result ng tests ko even my heart murmur, no change kaya sabi nya, 1 more year na maraming test pa, after that, kung wala pa ring nagbago, every 5 years na lang yung gagawin nyang maraming test sakin J Tapos I asked her for more pills to regulate my period, sinabihan nya ako na maybe it IS time na nga for Artificial Insemination. Parang feeling ko, ayaw ko pa nun eh. Kaya nga I’m still trying my best to lose weight to increase my chances of getting pregnant, baka lang ma overcome ko yung PCOS ko by myself. (just wishful thinking)
Anyways, so halos 2 weeks akong hindi nakapag exercise. Tapos bigla pa akong nag start kumain ng oatmeal cookies and brownies and chips. Hay, hirap kasi mag diet eh. Pero I noticed na more people are noticing na nag lo lose ako ng weight. Very gradual kasi yung pag lose ko ng weight, I still eat the same foods I eat before, just lesser tapos 3x a week lang ang exercise ko, 1-2x a week sa elliptical, 1hr of salsa class, and 1 hr of yoga/pilates a week. Come spring and the warmer weather, I’d like to start walking during my lunch period again. I don’t think I’m going to sign up for the next session of yoga here at work. Siguro yung salsa class na lang 2x a week din naman yun at for free pa. Gusto ko kasi yung salsa, natututo akong sumayaw at hindi ako nahihiya kasi puro matatanda yung mga kasama ko. I’d like to start running in the afternoons too to tone my legs. Sana makaya ng powers ko. Miski 3x a week lang. Mabilis kasi makapayat ang jogging diba, dun pumayat si mister ko eh.
Pero when I checked the scale this morning, I was done a couple pounds again. Could be water weight pero miski na diba, it made my day. J Tapos habang nag bibihis pa ako, nagising si mister at pagkakita nya sakin inakap nya ako tapos sabi nya “lumiliit na talaga asawa ko ah” lalo tuloy akong ginanahan magpapayat. J
Anyways, back to work muna ako nag update lang ako ng konti… J
